At the present, Vietnam has a variety of learning resources: eTextbook, PDF, PowerPoint (Mostly), Video, and Rich multimedia (i.e. Flash using Adobe Presenter, Apreso, Articulate...).

As part of the programme to enrich resources at the universities, several Vietnamese universities have used the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)'s free and open educational resource OpenCourseWare (OCW).
The Vietnamese Government has also allocated a budget for university libraries to purchase reading materials that suit teaching curricula.
